Reifel is on an island west of Ladner, with ponds, reeds, and wooded paths. From October to February the migrants peak, and snow geese and ducks can fill the sky. You must book, and it is closed on Mondays. Admission is modest. You may bring seed only if the sanctuary allows it. Do not bring outside bread or seed. The main loop is flat enough for a stroller. There is no restaurant.
