Ladner is Delta's old town. The main street has cafes, bread, and small shops. Use it as the meal stop for Reifel or Centennial Beach, not as a playground destination. There are lights at Christmas. You can walk the dock and look at boats. Give toddlers a walk and a meal, then go to the real outdoors.
