基斯兰奴海滩面向英吉利湾，沙比很多市区海滩细。海边有一座大型海水泳池，通常五月到九月开放，其余月份来这里是散步和玩沙，不是游泳。沙滩旁有游乐场。夏天周末停车很难，骑车沿海滩绿道过来最合理。风大时水比看上去冷。
Kitsilano Beach faces English Bay and has finer sand than many city beaches. The large saltwater pool usually runs from May to September. In other months this is a walk and a sand play, not a swim. There is a playground beside the beach. Summer weekends make parking hard. The seaside greenway is the sensible way to arrive by bike. The water is colder than it looks when the wind is up.
