西摩山是北岸三座雪山之中更安静的一座。冬天有滑雪学校和雪鞋步道，适合第一次上雪的家庭，票和租具另计。夏天省立公园的步道能看见城市和海，海拔高、天气变脸快，带外套。雪季轮胎要符合规定，没有合格冬胎不要上山。幼儿的雪地活动选有教练的区域，不要自行进入未压实的深雪。
Mount Seymour is the quieter of the three North Shore ski hills. Winter has a ski school and snowshoe trails, which suits a first time on snow. Tickets and rentals are extra. Summer and fall trails in the provincial park look over the city and the water. Weather changes fast up high, so bring a jacket. In snow season the car needs legal winter tires. Do not drive up without them. Keep toddlers in a coached area rather than untracked deep snow.
