克利夫兰水坝拦住卡皮拉诺河，形成上面的水库。坝顶可以走路，看瀑布状的泄水。风大，栏杆高，仍然要牵好幼儿。水库一侧有野餐的草地。这是免费的，通常和孵化场一起完成。不要翻越栏杆，也不要在坝下的禁区玩水。
Cleveland Dam holds back the Capilano River and forms the reservoir above. You can walk the top and watch the spill. It is windy. Railings are high, and toddlers still need a hand. There is picnic grass on the reservoir side. It is free and usually done with the hatchery. Do not climb the railings or play in closed areas below the dam.
