The reserve has wetland, trails, and a nature centre. Great blue herons are most active in the spring nesting season. Other months still work for birds and the boardwalk. The centre keeps shorter hours than the trails. A stroller can use the main boards. This is a quiet outing. The Vedder River is in the same city. Pick one.
