Fairhaven is Bellingham's historic district, with a bookstore, chocolate, and streets you can walk. Boulevard Park is on the water, with an old wharf. This is a cross-border trip. Everyone needs a passport and a visa, visa exemption, or other legal right to enter the United States. Weekend and holiday lineups can pass an hour. Children need documents too. Spend the time on a legal crossing, not on rushing the sight.
