Derby Reach is on the Fraser east of Fort Langley. People swim at Edgewater Bar in summer. The current and the depth change, so children stay in the shallows with an adult watching. The park also has historic ground and trails. Brae Island nearby has camping and more river path. This is a free picnic place, not a lifeguarded pool. In October, walk. Do not plan to swim.
